It was hot the hottest day of the year in fact - 26 degrees, and it was only April!. I was back to Friern Manor for Wayne and Josies wedding a favourite wedding venue of mine and one to consider if you’re looking for wedding photography in Essex. A Georgian manor house with four acres of lovely grounds with lots of interest. it also has two function rooms a large bridal suite, great indoor areas with lots of natural light too.

Spring Wedding at Friern Manor

You couldn’t ask for a more perfect day for Wayne and Josie and everything took place at Friern Manor making it relaxed and perfectly organised by the friendly staff. I arrived early and took some pictures of the grounds before heading up to see Josie for the bridal preparations. After the hair and makeup Josie was helped into her stunning dress and everyone was in great form with plenty of fun and laughter. The ceremony was amazing and emotional and there was plenty of time to relax with a few family photos in between.

It's so important for me that my couples have lots of time with their friends and family and that's what they'll remember. There are so many amazing moments at every wedding happening naturally and these are the photos that count, just like at Wayne and Josies wedding. Photographing not just the people but their personality and quirky traits can only be done with real and natural photography, natural personality and real memories - they matter.
