Hutton Hall caters for all sizes of weddings with a large ceremony area and stunning gardens with blooms a plenty most of the year.
The Grounds
The grounds at Hutton Hall are large and beautiful with shrubs and flower borders throughout the estate. The outside ceremony area is truly amazing and for couple shots we really are spoilt for choice for the wedding photography. They have a little fountain on the lawn area where guests will gather after the ceremony for drinks lined both sides with gorgeous flower beds.
Preparations at Hutton Hall
Hutton hall has the lightest preparation room with magnificent glass ceilings that streams in light at all times of year.
The Ceremony at Hutton Hall
The large outside ceremony area is situated at the back of the lawn. Always beautifully decorated and headed with the centre piece gazebo. If you’re lucky enough with the weather this is a must. The indoor ceremony area is held in the blue room which was the original ballroom of the manor.
The Drinks reception
Surrounding the fountain on the lawn and enclosed by blooms, guests will gather for their drinks reception on the warmer days. Children will happily play on the lawn areas with lots to explore.
The Group Photographs at Hutton Hall
There are a few places for the group wedding photos, for a bit of shade the large strip of lawn adjacent to the drinks reception area has lots of mature trees. Or in front of one of the many large flower beds when the light is good, providing a lovely splash of colour.
The Special Couple Photos at Hutton Hall
A beautiful walk around the house and you’ll encounter fields with fruit trees, stunning flower beds, hedge arches, wooded areas and perfect lawns. Drone shots capture the whole estate in its perfection and golden hour shots in the evening light top off an amazing wedding. For wedding photography in Essex, it’s up there with the most beautiful grounds in the county.
Wedding Breakfast
The spectacular marquee is large and has plenty of room for large weddings. The sides are all open in the summer, providing much-needed ventilation. As with the grounds it’s secluded and private for the guests to enjoy their wedding breakfast.
The Evening Reception at Hutton Hall
The cake cutting is usually around 7:30 pm in the large front entrance, where guests will gather and cheer you on. The first dance will commence straight after in the Blue room, a lovely feature room of the Grade II listed manor house. During the evening, guests will gather on the outside patio area, in the bar and front hall. There’s also a quiet library where some guests can get away for a moment.
Accommodation
Accommodation is limited with the Bridal suite and three guest bedrooms that can be hired the night of the wedding and the night before. The rooms themselves are spacious and airy and the look and feel very luxurious.
